The Process

Understanding Customer Requirements

The key to a successful application project is to correctly align customer requirements and processes with the underlying technology. Often a new project is a good time to reassess business requirements, re energise the users with new technology and deliver huge productivity gains.

Our process assessment service often involves talking with line of business staff to gather essential information on what work needs to be carried out. We invest in proper time estimation methods and delivery processes that are critical for success and customer satisfaction. We aim to minimise customer time to value, meaning less customisation, better usage of out-of-the-box business processes, and fast delivery of effective applications to users.

Customise and Deploy

With Dynamics and Power Platform projects once we have a clear definition of the data model and scope, we begin the process of delivering any required customisation. This can involve Dashboards, New Entities, Forms, Automation, Process flows, Quote templates and Product catalogues. The customisation phase will also build out security permissions and mobile access views.

Once the solution is built, we deploy it into a “Sandbox” environment where users can test and approve before it goes fully live. We make this process completely non-disruptive to users, there is no downtime just a staged user roll out that suits our customers at the correct time.

Support and Change Management

Once your solution is live, we will make sure your users have the required training to optimise your investment.

We often recommend where possible to have “Power Users “who are more advanced in adopting and effectively using the new tools and features. This helps reduce support costs and keep staff energised with the new technology. We offer support packages for users and ongoing change management consultancy. This keeps you in touch with feature updates and to helps you adapt your applications to any new business processes.
